Return Policy

House Hold Items Only
House hold items may be returned for credit less a 20% restocking charge within 10 days of receiving products.  Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges (both ways).  All returned products require written authorization from OnlineRestaurantSupply.com. All items returned must be in the same condition as originally delivered.  Once a product is received, in good order, a credit will be applied to the customers account.
